RWDCA would like to congratulate Chad Matthias for making it 2 in a row last night at Petaluma Speedway over teammate Joey Lingron. Chad found the front early in the race and never looked back, opening up a huge 7.1 second lead on the field. It was a hooked up, Old Skool night on the famous adobe and the solid 17 car field went green to checkered in an amazing 5 minutes 45 seconds. Fantastic job drivers!!
We would also like to congratulate our top 5 finishers on some exciting door to door racing and great driving. Our top 5 finishers were: Joey Lingron, Sam Borland, Carroll Mendenhall, and Marty Weisler.
We will see everyone again this Wednesday June 21st for opening day of the Sonoma Marin Fair! We will have a slightly later start time than normal for that race, with grandstand gates opening at 5pm and main events at 7pm. Also note that your admission to the races is INCLUDED in your fair admission, making it a 2 for 1 night! See you there!
