Big congratulations to Adam Teves on his RWDCA win of the 11th Annual Twin 25’s. Something not many can say, he is now a two time winner of the 50 lap race. When your car is in another state and a friend offers you a ride at a big race you take it, and WIN it? Well Adam did! There was a 31 car field that ran through the 4 heats and b main. Teves was in the back of the 4th heat, but quickly brought Mike Dahle’s “Rat Rod Coupe” to the point, securing his spot in the A-Main.
The first session of the A-Main was highly caution filled, but Adam and Mark Hanson made the best of it, and might have gotten 4 consecutive laps in of a good show out front, but it was cut short do to time. The second session started out just as rough, lap one turn one for 18 minutes of groundhog day yellows… finally after many attempts the racing was under way. 4 laps into the second session and Adam took the lead all the way home.
